On September 18, witnessed by Chinese President Xi Jinping and Jordanian King Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein, President of Sinochem Group Liu Deshu and Chairman of APC Jamal Al-Sarayrah signed the MOU for three years from 2014 to 2016 in Beijing.
According to the agreement, Sinochem Group will purchase 600,000 tons of fertilizers every year, of which the price is subject to market situation then. Particularly, the trade will be implemented by Sinochem Fertilizer Macao Commercial Offshore Limited, which is subordinated to Sinochem Group.
Feng Zhibin, CEO of Sinofert Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-listed company under Sinochem Group, was present at the signing ceremony.
