On November 22, Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical for short), a branch of Sinochem Group, successfully unloaded 62,000 tons of crude oil from a UK-registered tanker “Lady Star”. By then, a total of 170,000 tons of crude oil needed to put Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical’s 12 million t/a refining project to a trial run had been unloaded.
