Franshion Properties (China) Limited (HK: 00817) signed with the Beijing Branch of the Bank of China (BOC) a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement, which allows the bank to provide all -around financial services for Franshion Properties, in particular, granting a credit line of RMB 20bn to the Sinochem Corporation’s publicly traded real estate company.
