On November 13th,2005, I was scanning the calendar unmeantly. Suddenly I realized this is a special day for me because I have been in SINOCHEM for full eight years .
Eight years is short comparing with the 55 years of development course of SINOCHEM. However this eight years are the growing up and harvesting eight years in my life. And they are even the eight years experiencing SINOCHEM advancing to mightiness gradually. I am sighing with much emotion when I recollect everything I experienced.
When I joined in the Real Estate Department of SINOCHEM 8 years ago, Purchase and Supply Department had just been established. There was no experienced buyer, no working flow, no office computer and we started from nothing. I learned from my master to identify received parts, fittings, tools and instruments, to check the amount of vegetables, fruits, marine lives and seasoning. The work was hard but I did with tremendous vigour.
For eight years of hard working, the Purchase Department has had more than 500 vendors and over 5000 varieties of purchasing goods including daily general merchandise worth several Jiao and devices worth hundreds of thousands Yuan(RMB). With the business development of the department, I have been growing up. I had been purchaser, planner, statistician and managed the business in the past 8 years and had took part in the compiling, amending and implement of quality system documents of ISO9000.
For eight year, our Real Estate Department has walked up to the market by open competition. We took over the estate management of the top grade community Hua Ao Center in 2003, in 2005 we took over the estate management of Logistics Commanding Institute; at the end of 2005,we won the bid of estate management of organ court of General Logistics Department……Real Estate Department of SINOCHEM has stepped stably to the market by the right of the strength of itself.
Having been fight for eight years regardless of situation, I have been experienced the hardships of carving out, the joy of success and the pride of harvest. Looking back the past experience, my growing path has been full of the brand of SINOCHEM. Now our SINOCHEM has started to sprint to higher goal, I am very excited. I wish to offer myself to the better future of SINOCHEM to gether with all staff in SINOCHEM.
