Time flies away. I have joined in SINOCHEM Ninbo for three months. During this period, I have been deeply moved by the profound culture inside information and innovative working spirit of the company all the time.

I had have read this word before I went into the company. But I thought these were just several simple words. Now I have found the substaintial meanings of these twenty characters after I joined into the collectivity.
Everyone is equal and mutual in the team of SINOCHEM Ninbo. We discuss together if there is any problem and share new business discovery with each other. Good and harmonious working atmosphere makes everybody work happily and the press turns into motivity involuntarily. “ＤＩＶＩＳＩＯＮ ＳＥＭＩＮＡＲ” held at intervals provides a platform to each airing his own views and discussing together. On business I have learnt from my master to be punctilious to work and be honest and faithful to clients. All these make me taste the profound meaning of those twenty characters completely. As time passes by, I have felt that an invisible power is impelling me advancing.
SINOCHEM Ninbo provide young personnel a wide development space and learning opportunity. After I had joined in the company, I soon had an opportunity to take part in a negotiation with a famous foreign petroleum company for an cooperative project.I reviewed oil depots and docks for details time after time together with my fellows. To make clear the inner actual structure of the oil can, I infixed into the can for the first time. With these actual information and having been taught by my fellow’s personal example as well as verbal instruction, I learnt much and made much progress abilities of each aspect.
