Mr. Lei was hired as an Outside Director of Sinochem Group in December 2020.

Mr. Lei is a full-time outside director and senior engineer of a central enterprise. He used to be Senior Vice President & Deputy Secretary of the CPC Work Committee of the Chemical and Materials Sector of Sinopec Corporation; Senior Vice President of Sinopec Corporation; Assistant to General Manager, Chief Economist and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Sinopec Group; Vice President of Sinopec Corporation; Deputy Director and Director of the Development Planning Department of Sinopec Group; Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company Ltd. He is currently an Outside Director of Xinxing Cathay International Group and China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd.
