Training principles

Based on the specific jobs and the business performance of each employer, the training program is to be taken respectively of the Department of Human Resource of the Group, the Administration College of Sinochem and each subsidiary. The programs are classified into that of corporate culture, expertise, job skills, and all-around qualities.

System of Training Curriculum

The company offers all types of training programs and helps mature the employer.

1. For employers of management, the company offers him opportunities of EMBA program, overseas MBA, auditing program training, risk program training, administration college curriculum, EDP training and the like;

2.  Provide ordinary employers with training programs like effective communication, problem-solving ability, business etiquette, timing control, and presentation skills in terms of professional skill development, and others in terms of business skill and knowledge;Make up training programs for new recruits with a view to helping them better mix in the company;

3.  To offer better opportunities, in addition to face-to-face lectures, the company sets up training programs like E-learning, on-the-job training and alternation of jobs with other departments.
